How do I get started?
Email sales@raizehq.dev with your team size, the frameworks you need to cover, and rough rollout timeline. We reply within one business day with a tailored quote and a 30-min demo slot. Trial access is provisioned at the end of the demo if it looks like a fit.
How is pricing calculated?
Three inputs: number of frameworks in scope, number of users, and which evidence connectors you need. We quote a flat monthly fee — no per-control fees, no per-evidence-item fees, no surprise overages.
Do you cover AI governance (ISO 42001 / EU AI Act / NIST AI RMF / CBN AI/AML)?
Yes. The AI-governance line — ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and the Nigeria CBN AI/AML governance pack, with an AI System Register and AI impact assessments — is included with Enterprise, and available as a £249/mo add-on on Starter and Growth. It is a governance and evidence layer for responsible AI, not an AML detection engine.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — monthly and annual options are available on every tier. Annual quotes include any negotiated discount; ask sales for current terms.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are handled by sales with no proration friction — you keep all data and history across changes.
Where is my data hosted?
Postgres + auth + storage in Supabase eu-west-1 (Ireland). Marketing assets at Vercel global edge; the app at Vercel London region. See the privacy page for the full sub-processor list.
Do you sign DPAs?
Yes — standard DPA available on request for any tier; bespoke DPA negotiable for Enterprise.
